Good quality food but unfortunately overpriced. Have eaten at other one star restaurants, better priced and quality of food.

The Hinds Head

We were made very welcome and the food was excellent. The staff took their time and didn&#39;t rush us, but they were always observant when we wanted something. A very enjoyable lunch.

It&rsquo;s more interesting to eat, but a dozen dishes will be a bit tired after eating. It&rsquo;s embarrassing to put the ipod into the conch to listen to the sound. Hahahahahahahahaha. I looked at the other party and laughed. The waiter was very good. Finally, there was a model that was very handsome. I was lucky to book it seven days in advance, and the dish was 256 pounds per person, not a drink and service fee. Before I went, I called and asked me what would make me think of childhood. I said ice cream, and asked me if I had a specific taste. I said pistachio, and I gave me two pistachio ice cream after the meal! ! Handsome!

On his wedding anniversary, he took me to this western restaurant in The Water side Inn, which focuses on French cuisine. I ordered a three-point steak, which felt first-class.

Everything was fabulous apart from a noisy party nearby which made it hard to hear our conversations

Pretty ordinary, solid pub.  Not worthy of a star, or its price. Clientele is very international which creates an inauthentic ambience.

Our server, Betsy, was excellent, if the restaurant can clone her they should! The food was very tasty, although the menu selection is somewhat limited. The ambience was subdued without being dark and somber, and the open fire (gas effect flame) was welcoming. My main &quot;niggle&quot; was the bench seat had a vertical support in the centre of the back which was uncomfortable when I leaned back.

It was a good recommendation by my friend. Parking right at the front and the waitresses were all very friendly and professional.  Absolutely enjoyed the food.

Nice informal atmosphere but still felt special. Staff very welcoming and friendly, food arrived just at the right time.Had the set Sunday menu which was great. Have had some Michelin experiences before where portions are not as robust, so made the mistake of having brunch before this lunch at 3pm - brunch was not required! Hind&#39;s Head Sunday menu was full of good portions of tasty food, and the beef/gravy was our highlight. Scotch egg, minted pea and ham soup, and their take on an Eton Mess, were also brilliant too though! Would go back for another comforting, warming, Michelin, experience.
